Caricature for SummerDoodling

So I recently joined another blog with a group of digital painters called Summerdooding.blogspot.com, and what we do is spend what we have of our summer practicing our digital painting abilities.

This week was to paint a caricature. I chose Robert de Niro in Taxi Driver.

There's definitely a lot of things that need working on, but as an overall rough I'm pretty pleased with it.

This is the completed image for the Yellowpages spread. I had to keep the middle clear so there wouldn't be any information too close to the spine.

This is a Korean yellowpage ad my dad asked me to do for his business. It is called Tomato Automotive. The first image is the one being printed and the bottom is the original.
